Which qualities will make you successful in your legaltech?

Martín-Corral, Stoica, and Pimentel emphasize the necessary qualities that entrepreneurs must have to be successful with their legaltech
Recalling the webinar "Tips to succeed with your legaltech", organised by The Impact Lawyers, the panellists highlighted the importance of the qualities that entrepreneurs must have when launching a legaltech, which is no less different in its structure than a startup.
David Martín-Corral, founder of Zensey APP; Theodora Stoica, entrepreneur and co-founder of CEE Legal Tech Blog and Angelica Pimentel, founder of POiN, presented their points of view on this issue.
Martín-Corral explains that the qualities needed for a legaltech or for any organisation are, firstly, to face uncertainties, secondly, to be aware and be conscientious and then the rest of the skills (management, technology), many of them will be easily acquired and others, on the other hand, will require training.
Stoica emphasises making baby steps, trying to create a community, trying to build trust in the firm's brand, building more features into the product, and other services that customers need. But it takes a lot of patience, good communication with customers and being resilient, as you may not make a profit with your product in the first month, or in the first year.
Pimentel agrees that resilience is an essential quality. For her, every entrepreneur has to be resilient. They have to know a bit of everything to make their product work. They have to learn from the results obtained and they have to learn to manage to get the most out of the least amount of resources. He also recommends thinking big: “Go Biger, go home.”
