Theodora is an ahead of the curve, experienced lawyer and entrepreneur, interested in technology, science, and history, using law-tech-design tools for a visionary 360-degree approach to the legal industry.

She has co-founded and is working on a couple of legal tech projects and start-ups. CEE Legal Tech Blog - information resource and community connecting innovators, enthusiasts, and entrepreneurs across law–tech–design interested in the CEE legal & law tech sector - is the furthest ahead the development path. Theodora’s work aims at introducing and disseminating innovative legal services at national and regional levels; her efforts are inspired by her background as a corporate lawyer.

As an attorney, she mainly specialises in competition law and state aid matters. She regularly advises clients on local and international transactions, including representation before Romanian Competition Council in relation to merger and antitrust clearances, investigations, dawn raids and state aid issues.

Her professional experience also covers mergers and acquisitions procedures, including due diligence exercise and transaction documents preparation as well as general corporate and commercial legal advice.
