Meeting Lawyers was launched in May 2021 as we realized several things: 1) a large majority of people with legal problems would like to resolve their legal questions through instant messaging and video call in real time, 2) we are in the era of immediacy (QUICK ANSWER), 3) most companies are committed to offering innovative and real added value to their clients to build loyalty and retain them, to attract new ones and to differentiate themselves from the competition, 4) Legal services are not free 5) Most competitors are telephone based only.

There is a growing demand from customers for instant services. Several companies in recent years have managed to get millions of people at the click of a button to receive food or anything else at home, carry out financial and real estate operations, rent and buy vehicles, hire employees, see the results of their medical consultations... Why can't their legal doubts be solved with only a click and from anywhere?

At Meeting Lawyers we have solved this problem. We have created the digital solution, which we make available to customers and employees of our client companies (B2B2C), so that they can instantly solve (in less than 2 minutes) any legal questions through their smartphone. 

We have achieved this through our powerful and secure platform and our white label Apps. We offer a 24/7 service through chat and video call, unlimited, immediate and complete.

We offer up to seven legal specialties, but we adapt to our client companies. We can integrate our services in App, in Web or we can create a white label App with the logo, look & feel and corporate colors of the client company.

Behind the service are our lawyers specialized in different branches of law who serve the user instantly. Each company can choose the legal specialties it requires based on its needs and each company can give access to the segment of clients it wants..

Our potential clients are big and medium-sized companies from different sectors, banking, telco, insurance, real estate, consumer or any company that wants to offer our services to its clients as an added value to its core service. Our potential clients are also companies that want to offer our services to their employees as a company benefit.

Our services are in the market to offer tranquility and legal certainty to our users on a day-to-day basis, recommend how to act legally, offer them quality legal guidance and send them models of legal documents, all from their own smartphone and from anywhere. We prevent them from being immersed in legal proceedings for not having been previously advised.

Most queries are resolved through chat and video call, but if a user needs further legal advice, we automatically refer their case to trusted lawyers throughout the national territory through our platform.

Meeting Lawyers does not replace a traditional law firm, law firms are our partners and are necessary for us to offer a quality service. Meeting Lawyers is not a reinsurance company either, it does not offer the same services or provide the same value. Today we are fitting in well with these companies in the market as we offer different services that provide different values.

This February we plan to be operating with 7 companies, several of them leaders in their sector (insurtech, insurance, telco, financial entity, real estate and consulting) and we plan to close this year with many more. Our goal is to fit into each vertical and expand quickly both in Spain and in Latin America. We have a very scalable technological platform so we can provide the service all over the world.

Today, we are solving more than 15,000 queries per month, we have an average NPS of 80% and the average first response time is less than two minutes.

We have developed our own marketing tools to create engagement between users and professionals so that our client companies can build loyalty and attract new customers.

We have several technological developments planned for this year, always focusing on the user experience and expanding our services.
