I’m Steve Fretzin, three-time author, host of BE THAT LAWYER Podcast, and top lawyer business development coach.
WHAT I DO:
I help lawyers to BE THAT LAWYER! -Confident, Organized, and a Skilled Rainmaker.

- FRETZIN offers an MBA-level coaching and training program on legal business development. This is ONLY for the most ambitious and open-minded attorneys to enter into.
- Peer Advisory Round Tables for lawyers who already get it, and they are looking to continue that success. We have Round Tables for lawyers under and over a million in portable business (originations).
WHOM I WORK WITH:
I only work with highly motivated attorneys who are interested in growth and stability in their careers.
My clients reside at the biggest law firms or they are solos. They do eight million a year or they are starting from scratch. It doesn't matter as my clients are all about learning and executing on biz-dev best practces.
