Mônica Zionede Hall
Mônica is an experienced Corporate Trainer and Coach with over 15 years experience in the learning & development space. She is the Founder and CEO of FELIZ Consulting, which provides bespoke training, facilitation and coaching, particularly to the legal and financial industries.
Originally from Brazil, Mônica carries with her a passion for life and connection with people. She has lived in New York, Hong Kong and Singapore and has called Hong Kong home (again) since 2013. She holds a BA with First Class Honours in International Relations and Politics from The University of Hong Kong. She is also a certified coach with Coach Masters Academy (CMA), International Coach Federation (ICF) an accredited consultant with a number of psychometrical tools such as TMP, QO2, DiSC, Mindfulness Fundamentals and GENOS Emotional Intelligence.
Some of Mônica’s clients include HKEX, Securities and Futures Commission, Metlife, IFC, Deutsche Bank and a number of leading international and boutique law firms such as DLA Piper, Clyde & Co, BCLP, Pinsent Masons, Deacons, RPC and others. Mônica and her team deliver trainings in the areas of presentation, public speaking, leadership, communication, personal branding, executive presence, emotional intelligence, diversity & inclusion/unconscious bias, team development and more.
Prior to establishing FELIZ in 2015, Mônica worked as the Head of Learning and Development for a growing Compliance Firm. From late 2017 to early 2020, Mônica also co-founded and helped develop an online legal CPD/RME training platform in Hong Kong.
She is an active volunteer with Resolve Foundation, an NGO helping empower minority groups in Hong Kong, as well as Uplifters, an organisation helping to empower underprivileged communities via online education. She is also big supporter and ally of The Hong Kong LGBT+ Attorneys Network (HKGALA) and the Women in Law Hong Kong (WILHK).
Mônica is committed and passionate about delivering trainings, facilitation and coaching that make a positive difference, a true impact on business, on individuals and on our community.
On the personal side, Mônica is married, has two children and a dog. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, listening to interesting podcasts and doing yoga.
