Maria Bekke Eiersted
Maria is a director, attorney at Kromann Reumert and specialises in employment and labour law. She takes a particular interest in matters related to collective labour law and the rules governing employee representation in its various forms as well as M&A matters. With her many years of experience in this field, Maria advises at both executive and non-executive level on e.g. the negotiation of contracts, severance agreements, incentive pay, general employment law issues, and dispute resolution.
Marias is an enthusiastic speaker, frequently teaching at seminars and giving lessons on Danish employment law to both Danish and foreign HR employees. In addition to this, Maria is the knowledge ambassador within Kromann Reumert's employment and labour law practice group, where she is responsible for driving and strengthening the sharing of knowledge.
