Francesca Proietto
Francesca Proietto, an associate in the Milan office, is a member of the European Corporate Group. Francesca has extensive experience in corporate and civil law matters, commercial agreements, domestic and cross border litigation in commercial and civil law and also arbitration.
She has developed experience in the European litigation legal system, working in France and Scotland.
Prior to joining Orrick, Francesca was an associate in De Berti Jacchia Franchini Forlani Law Firm. Previously, she worked in an Italian law firm, providing advice both in transactional matters and in banking and commercial litigation.
