Carlos Carvalho
Carlos Carvalho is a Senior Business Development Consultant at Opus 2 and a qualified lawyer in three jurisdictions, including England and Wales, where he has practised in the International Arbitration field since 2015.
He is the Lead Teaching Fellow at the School of International Arbitration at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) and has extensive experience in dispute resolution.
Carlos has also acted for major companies in hundreds of hearings and several oral arguments before the Court of Appeal in Brazil.
Besides managing various businesses and complex projects, he worked in law firms, companies and the public sector. More recently, Carlos set up and coordinated the International Advisory and Dispute Resolution Unit at the leading barristers’ chambers 3 Verulam Buildings.
Carlos holds a Postgraduate Diploma from Fundação Getulio Vargas and an LLM from QMUL.
